Legal Case Coordination & Litigation Support Specialist Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) HireNow Snapshot HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a Legal Case Coordination & Litigation Support Specialist to join one of our valued client partners in Cleveland, Ohio . This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment and enjoys providing comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal teams. The successful candidate will play an essential role in keeping legal matters organized, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional service to attorneys, clients, courts, and internal stakeholders. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal professionals.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, agreements, reports, and client communications.
- Coordinate attorney calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Monitor court deadlines, case milestones, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion.
- Electronically file legal documents with federal, state, and local courts.
- Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical case files.
- Coordinate client meetings while providing exceptional professional client service.
- Process billing support activities including time entry, expense reimbursements, reporting, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain Continuing Legal Education (CLE) records and attorney compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys, court personnel, vendors, clients, and internal departments to support efficient case management.
- Minimum 3 years of legal assistant or legal administrative experience within a law firm.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience proofreading, formatting, and preparing complex legal documents.
- Experience utilizing electronic court filing systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple deadlines within a fast-paced legal environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- U.S. citizens only.

- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, iManage , or similar legal software platforms.
- Experience supporting litigation, probate, corporate, or other legal practice areas.
- Knowledge of attorney billing support, expense reimbursement processing, and CLE administration.
- Strong understanding of legal document management systems.
- Stable employment history demonstrating continued professional growth within legal support services.
- Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually , based on experience.

- Possesses at least three years of successful legal assistant experience within a law firm.
- Demonstrates exceptional legal document preparation, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Has experience supporting multiple attorneys within deadline-driven legal environments.
- Understands electronic court filing procedures and legal case management.
- Communicates professionally with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and internal teams.
- Maintains exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Resides within commuting distance of Cleveland, Ohio.
- Meets all required qualifications while demonstrating multiple preferred qualifications.
- Extensive experience supporting litigation or complex legal practices.
- Advanced proficiency with legal document management and practice management software.
- Strong billing, CLE administration, and attorney support experience.
- Exceptional organizational and deadline management abilities.
- Outstanding client service and professional communication skills.
- Proven ability to support multiple attorneys while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
- Stable employment history demonstrating continued career progression and increasing legal support responsibilities.

- Poor proofreading, document preparation, or organizational skills.
