Dutro Ford Lincoln Nissan is seeking a Title Clerk to join our dealership. Job Duties: * Familiar with title laws in Ohio and Ohio BMV; other states a plus * Familiar with tax and title documents * Familiar with how to handle the transfer of title and registration for the dealership and our customers * Basic Accounting knowledge * Good customer service skills * Detail oriented/attention to detail * Strong organization skills * Dealer trades * Document scanning * Filing * Run schedules and monitor weekly Requirements: * Dealership experience preferred but not required * Must submit and pass all background screening requirements * Knowledge of Reynolds&Reynolds a plus, but not required * Professional * Excellent communication skills * Organized and able to multi-task We offer Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401K, Short term disability, Life insurance, discounts on vehicle purchases and services.
