You support our team as

2nd Shift Receiving Material Technician

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials by reading packing slips and following written and verbal instructions.
• Load and unload trucks and internal freight using FIFO methods to maintain stock accuracy.
• Complete daily computer transactions such as receivers and stock transfers (training provided).
• Operate material-handling equipment to move, weigh, label, and organize product.
• Apply heavy‑item labels and use weigh-count scales and label printers accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area that supports our safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Production teammates to ensure smooth workflow between shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
• Understanding of FIFO and basic material‑flow principles
• Ability to read shipping documents and production orders accurately
• Comfortable using scales, label printers, and warehouse tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Commitment to safety, organization, and teamwork
