Production Laborer

salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished fiberglass panels
• Lamination & Molding: Assist in the lamination process, which involves applying resins, fiberglass, and core materials (plywood, honeycomb, or foam).

• Data Collection: Read gauges, charts, and production orders to ensure panels meet the required thickness and lamination schedule.
• Quality Control: Examine finished products for defects, air bubbles, or inconsistencies to ensure they meet Fiber-Tech's quality standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 30lbs
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
