About the Role

As a Field Service Engineering Technician , you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical repair, predictive and preventive maintenance, and field service support. Based in Toledo, OH , you will also travel nationwide as needed (10-15%) to assist customers on-site. This role involves troubleshooting machines, ordering spare parts, and supporting machine installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines on-site and remotely
• Perform machine set-ups for customer demonstrations
• Assist with internal facility operations, including spare parts ordering and shipments
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues
• Travel up to 15 percent for hands-on technical support

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to replace machine parts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to customer needs
• Willingness to travel and learn in a fast-paced environment

$60k - $65k annually
