Job Description
Our client, a production facility in Crooksville, is seeking a general laborer to join their team! Schedule is 7pm to 7am with a rotating 3 day week, 4 day week schedule working every other weekend.
Duties
Assist with the production process by performing various duties including loading and unloading kilns and pushing a kiln car on a track approximately every 25 minutes. The pushing weight is anywhere from 10 to 160 pounds so the job is very physical.
Operate various hand tools and power tools to support assembly and manufacturing tasks
Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, including proper handling of mechanical tools and equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Skills
Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation
Ability to perform physical labor involving pushing, pulling and lifting
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
This is a temp to hire opportunity
