Automotive Sales Associate
Sales Associate – Buckeye Ford Job Description Buckeye Ford wants to make every customer a customer for life, and we know that we can’t do that without our outstanding employees. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for becoming a knowledgeable product specialist, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Job Type & Schedule * Job Type: Full-time * Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year Work Requirements: * Work Schedule: Varies; full-time hours required * Ability to Commute: London, OH (Required) * Work Location: In person Responsibilities * Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles * Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget * Conduct test drives and highlight key features * Present financing options * Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous sales experience preferred, but not needed * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Must be organized and detail-oriented * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Clean driving record * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen Why Join Buckeye Ford We believe in creating a supportive, team-focused culture where motivated individuals can thrive.
