- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt to a remote work environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic setting
- Willingness to work from home while being based in Greece
