Position Overview:

As our Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate the daily flow of service calls by dispatching technicians, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring each customer receives 5-star service. You’ll be the key connection between our clients, field technicians, and managers—helping us deliver on our promise of excellent customer care.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Schedule/Route/Dispatch the right technician to each job to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding technician progress
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
• Facilitate communication between technicians, clients, and department managers
• Document service results and prepare reports for management
• Build strong customer rapport and convert clients into lifelong customers
• Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay current with best practice

What Does It Take?

• 2+ years of leadership or scheduling experience (home services preferred)
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, independent work environment
• Intermediate computer and telecommunications skills
• Willingness to learn Anderson’s systems and processes
