This is a relationship-focused sales role for someone who understands the value of service over pressure. As our Client Success Manager , you won't be cold calling or closing fast deals. You'll join the process after a project estimate has been created, becoming the face of the company for each customer. Your focus will be on building trust, guiding conversations, managing expectations, and helping each client move forward with confidence.

We are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We are looking for someone who is professional, sincere, and relatable. The right person will take the time to listen to the client's vision and help shape it into a barn that fits their budget and goals without sacrificing quality or values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with prospective clients from post-estimate through signed agreement
  • Serve as one of the points of contact for customers in the early stages of the pre-construction process
  • Build rapport and trust with every client by being responsive, transparent, and reliable
  • Help clients understand design options, project timelines, and scope considerations
  • Collaborate with the estimator and operations team to ensure alignment between vision and execution
  • Adjust and refine proposals as needed to match client expectations and budget
  • Proactively address questions, concerns, and objections
  • Maintain detailed notes and updates using CRM or construction management software
  • Ensure every client feels supported from first conversation through kickoff

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, account management, or client success
  • Background in construction, real estate, or related industries is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable personality
  • Ability to listen deeply and respond thoughtfully
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive in follow-up
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar software is a plus
  • A passion for building long-term relationships and delivering customer satisfaction

Compensation And Benefits

  • $50,000 to $60,000 base salary
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives
  • Total potential earnings of $100,000 annually
