Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated individual for a Day Porter janitorial role in high-end office buildings. Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning stairwells, mopping, vacuuming, use of tilt cart for trash disposal from all buildings (including from the rear of elevators, receptacles on the north and south side of all buildings, as well as breaking down boxes), dusting (including dusting furniture and fixtures in all building lobby’s), disinfecting, restroom upkeep (including: Regular restroom checks, replacing toilet paper, paper towels, soap, toilet set covers, feminine products and wax bags, remove trash from under paper towel dispensers, and dusting stalls and baseboards), cleaning all smudges from entry way doors.

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Dayton and surrounding suburbs.
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and be able bodied and able to walk up multiple flights of stairs and thoroughly clean stairs, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to pass a clean background check.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
