Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $65-$70/hr - Euclid, OH - In-Person - 13 Weeks

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral evaluations, consultation, training, and intervention planning within a school-based environment. This role includes developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and overseeing educational and behavioral service delivery for students with academic and behavioral needs.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Euclid, OH

• Start Date: 03/02/2026 (ASAP)

• End Date: Approximately 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week

• Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour

• Modality: In-person only

• Openings: 1 position

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Provide staff coaching, modeling, and hands-on training in behavior analytic strategies

• Consult with SPED and crisis-support teams to improve classroom operations

• Observe, assess, and support behavior programming across multiple school environments

• Maintain documentation and compliance with professional standards

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, teaching, or a related field

• Experience providing behavior analytic services in schools preferred

• One year of pediatric experience preferred

• Compliance with professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB screening and health certificate per state guidelines

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
