Video Producer (Cincinnati)

Lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, messaging strategy, timeline, and approved scope.
Develop detailed project budgets, secure internal approvals, and maintain full financial oversight throughout production. Track actuals versus estimates, manage change orders, and ensure projects remain on or under budget.
Create and manage production schedules, resource plans, and crew assignments to ensure efficient execution across pre-production, production, and post-production.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify goals, shape messaging, and translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
Oversee script development, creative treatments, interview preparation, and content outlines to ensure clear, engaging, and on brand communication.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and rates, and coordinate external partners including freelancers, studios, and post-production resources.
Provide on-set leadership, ensuring professional execution, clear communication, and a collaborative, inclusive production environment.
Supervise post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, music selection, revisions, and final delivery specifications.
Identify opportunities to extend corporate video assets into shorter social-ready cutdowns for platforms such as LinkedIn and internal digital channels.
Maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating progress, risks, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accessibility considerations, and corporate compliance requirements.
Contribute to business growth by identifying upsell opportunities, supporting proposal development, and helping scope new projects accurately.
Live event producing experience is a plus. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in media production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or five years of equivalent professional experience and training.
Minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate, branded, or executive communications content.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a fast paced, evolving business environment while maintaining composure, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), with comfort managing shared documents, budgets, and client communications within collaborative platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and financial oversight.
Experience developing and managing production budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Availability to work on-site in an office and studio environment, with flexibility for extended hours during productions or key project milestones.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and production needs.
