Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You'll work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team serving students ages 5-22 with autism and other complex developmental disabilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Prior experience in a school setting, especially as a school-based OT
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities
• Commitment to adapting interventions for a wide range of ages and abilities
• Reliable communication and collaboration skills with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ needs to create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions that promote students’ success, independence, and participation in the educational setting
• Collaborate closely with educators, aides, and family members to integrate therapy goals into daily activities
• Document progress, adjust interventions, and participate in team meetings and IEP processes as needed
• Provide training and support to staff on strategies to facilitate student engagement
