Associate Identity Governance Analyst
Title: Lead Data Governance

Compensation Pay Range: $60.27-$89.00 Per Hr
Job Description:
This role is set in a globally regulated environment focusing on data governance within a domain-oriented model. Based in Madison, WI, this contract position involves establishing governance frameworks and ensuring secure and consistent data use. Experience with modern data technologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement data governance strategies aligned with domain-based architecture.
- Establish a model balancing domain autonomy with enterprise standards.
- Ensure data quality standards and expectations are met and embedded into data pipelines.
- Lead development of enterprise business glossaries and metadata standards.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure secure and compliant data access.
- 8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data management.
- 3 years leading data governance or stewardship initiatives.
- Experience in domain-oriented or Data Mesh environments.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms and distributed ownership models.
- Experience in regulated, global environments.
