Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift 3:45pm - 12:15am

As the Liquids Packaging Supervisor, you will:

• Ensure packaging technicians consistently meet daily production and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
• Partner closely with Quality to ensure label accuracy, finished product review, and regulatory compliance
• Respond promptly to customer needs, including repackaging requirements
• Ensure all labels and documentation are accurate and compliant
• Assign daily production responsibilities and ensure goals are achieved
• Train and develop new employees
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed
• Guide Lead Packaging Technicians and assign critical equipment responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Your leadership will set the tone for accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

You will play a critical role in protecting patient safety through strong oversight and attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in operations, manufacturing, or a pharmaceutical environment
• Has previous supervisory or lead technician experience (minimum leadership of 5 team members preferred)
• Understands FDA and cGMP regulatory requirements
• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical packaging equipment
• Is organized, accurate, reliable, and efficient
• Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Communicates effectively and builds strong, engaged teams

High School Diploma or GED required. Pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred.
