Converting Supervisor Description: **Position Title:** Converting Supervisor **Pay Rate** : $69,500 - $92,600 _Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP's annual incentive plan._ **Category/Shift** : Salaried Full-Time, 2nd Shift **Physical Location:** Streetsboro, OH **The Job You Will Perform:** + Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees.
