Assemblers, Kitters and Fabricators
Job Summary:
Assemblers play a critical role in building and assembling high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Assemblers work closely with team members to meet production goals and ensure products meet established quality standards. Pride in workmanship and teamwork are essential to success in this role.
Essential Job Functions
· Perform multiple stages of the assembly process to build products according to specifications and production schedules
· Safely operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components and subassemblies
· Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure quality standards are met
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety policies and procedures
· Assist with material handling, including receiving, moving, and staging parts and finished goods
· Participate in physical inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
· Perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods
· Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues promptly
· Support continuous improvement efforts within the production area
