Office Assistant needed for a fast paced facility in Ashtabula working from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Pay starts out at $16-$18 an hour BOE and is temp to hire.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented telephone interviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews over the phone to gather valuable data for market research projects.

*The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and the ability to engage with diverse populations. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our outreach efforts.

Duties:
*Conduct telephone interviews with participants
*Utilize effective phone etiquette
*Accurately enter data collected during interviews into our database
*Engage in market research activities
*Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in data collection
* Collaborate with team members
*Provide feedback on the interview process

Experience:
*Previous experience in telemarketing, market research, or qualitative research
*Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate questions clearly.
*Bilingual or multilingual are a significant advantage
*Familiarity with data collection methods and tools is beneficial
*Proficiency in typing
