1st Shift: Assembler | $18.25/hr | Same Day Pay

Your Shift

• Hours: 5:45 am- 2:15 pm
• Days: Monday-Friday
• Pay: $18.25/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available)

Requirement: Workers must provide and wear their own steel-toed shoes.

What You'll Do

You'll work on an active assembly line, helping build and inspect finished products by:

• Assembling mower parts, hoods, headlights, and other components on the production line
• Installing wiring, bolts, and hardware as part of the assembly process
• Inspecting and verifying parts using visual checks, gauges, and fixtures to ensure quality
• Operating equipment safely and performing basic maintenance
• Maintaining a clean work area following 5S standards
• Reporting safety or quality concerns and supporting continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for the full duration of a shift
• Able to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment
• Able to read and follow written instructions, including ISO work procedures
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Reliable, communicates well, and works well with a team
• Steel-toed/safety shoes required (workers must provide their own)

No experience required. Assembly or light industrial experience is a plus.
