Automotive Repair Technician

We are looking for a fast-moving Automotive Repair Technician who can produce, inspect, and keep work flowing without excuses.
This is a performance shop. We value speed, accountability, and production.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
- Perform digital vehicle inspections (DVIs)
- Identify safety concerns immediately
- Build complete repair recommendations
- Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with advisors and team members
- Keep work moving without delays
- Minimum 1 year automotive repair experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized under pressure
- Urgency and accountability every day
- Ability to flag issues fast and accurately
- Team-first mentality
- Flat rate compensation
- $80,000–$100,000+ yearly earning potential
- Monday–Friday schedule
