Cincinnati, OH (Remote/Hybrid – local travel required)
Competitive Pay ($80,000 – $100,000+ OTE)

A Property Manager role with significant growth potential is available in Cincinnati. This position involves managing a portfolio of single-family and multifamily properties with the goal of maximizing ROI, minimizing vacancy, and protecting assets as if they were your own. Success requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance owner, tenant, and operational needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, manage, and remain accountable for all aspects of assigned properties.
Oversee leasing, tenancy, maintenance, and compliance.
Build trust with clients to expand portfolio size and minimize attrition.
Lead and support a team consisting of an Assistant Property Manager and, at times, a Coordinator.
Ensure excellent owner and tenant satisfaction, driving positive reviews.
Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality property management services.
Take on special projects and contribute to process improvements.

WHAT IT TAKES
Experience & Education : Ohio real estate license (or willingness to obtain); prior experience leading a PM team or in account management; minimum 3 years living in Cincinnati.
Mindset : Ethical, accountable, strategic thinker with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
Skills : Negotiation, strong written/verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, understanding of residential construction.
Tools : Quiet home office, high-speed internet, modern smartphone & computer (dual monitors preferred), reliable transportation.
Other : Proficiency with property management software and knowledge of relevant landlord-tenant laws.
