Job Summary

Intrigue Real Estate & Property Management is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee leasing, property management, and project coordination for residential investment properties.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenant Placement

• Manage property listings, inquiries, and showings
• Communicate with property owners on pricing and leasing strategy
• Guide applicants through the leasing process

Property Management

• Coordinate tenant move-ins
• Manage maintenance requests and vendor communication
• Monitor rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances

Turnovers

• Conduct move-out inspections
• Coordinate cleaning and repairs
• Manage security deposit processes

Project Coordination

• Assist with property walkthroughs and renovation planning
• Coordinate contractors and timelines
• Provide updates to property owners

Client Support

• Maintain professional communication with owners and residents
• Assist with onboarding new clients

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management or real estate
• Familiarity with AppFolio
• Experience working with vendors or contractors
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

Work Structure

• Flexible schedule (combination of field and remote work)
• Commission-based compensation
• No cap on earnings
