Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Raspir. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to our clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Set up and configure hardware and software systems for clients.
- Document and maintain records of technical support interactions and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and systems.
- Certifications in relevant technical areas.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced digital company.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000 per year.
