Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Occasional Friday overtime as needed to meet customer demands

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process
• Work with team members and maintenance personnel to keep equipment running properly
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating hydraulic manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Drug screen and background check required
