Lead Remote Appointment Setter Trainer

SpotOnRoof is scaling rapidly nationwide, and we’re hiring a Lead Trainer to develop, coach, and elevate our remote appointment-setting team. This role is for a high-performing sales professional with a strong background in SDR/BDR or appointment-setting environments who’s ready to step into leadership and drive results through people.

This is a hands-on role focused on onboarding, training, performance coaching, and maintaining production standards across our remote team.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and onboard new remote appointment setters from day one.
• Lead live and recorded training sessions on scripting, objection handling, and call flow.
• Coach setters through call reviews, role-plays, and performance feedback.
• Monitor daily and weekly production metrics and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective coaching plans.
• Ensure consistent use of scripts, systems, and best practices.
• Work closely with leadership to improve training processes and setter performance.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and performance tracking in Excel and Google Sheets.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, cold caller, or appointment setter (roofing or home services preferred).
• Prior experience training, mentoring, or leading sales teams (formal or informal).
• Strong phone presence and deep understanding of outbound sales psychology.
• High competence with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.
• Comfort enforcing scripts, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Your own laptop, reliable headset, strong internet, and quiet workspace.

Other Details:

• 100% remote.
• Work from anywhere in the United States.
• Full-time availability required.
• Must use our internal software and follow established systems and processes.

Compensation:

• Base salary plus commission
