Production Associate

Production Associate - 12hr Shift 7pm- 7am - $20.50/hr

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Associate to join our team on 1st OR 3rd shift . This role plays a key part in our manufacturing process, supporting daily production activities while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high‑quality work environment.

Position Overview

As a Production Associate, you will operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery, cut tarps to specified dimensions, and ensure all products meet quality standards. You will also assist with machine setup, oversee multiple production lines when needed, and keep your work area clean and organized throughout the shift.

Shifts:

• 1st - 7:00am - 7:00pm
• 3rd - 7:00pm - 7:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery between production runs
• Perform quality inspections on finished products, including color, size, measurements, and defect checks
• Monitor and support multiple production lines as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and production procedures

Essential Skills

• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Experience in packaging, assembly, inspection, or packing is a plus
• Familiarity with construction tools, forklifts, or CNC machinery is advantageous

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.25/hr.
