Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage Steve’s Daily Schedule, Including Meetings, Travel Arrangements, Appointments, and Personal Commitments



• Manage Steve's email inbox ensuring it stays organized and that important emails are followed up on


• 
  

  Anticipate Needs and Proactively Handle Logistics to Keep Operations Flowing Seamlessly



• 
  

  Act As the Primary Point of Contact Between Steve and Others with Professionalism and Discretion



• 
  

  Coordinate Special Projects, Events, and Initiatives on Behalf of Steve



• 
  

  Handle Confidential Information with Integrity and Sensitivity



• 
  

  Draft, Review, and Send Communications on Behalf of the Owner As Needed



• 
  

  Support Business and Personal Administrative Tasks to Free up Executive Bandwidth

  Comfortable Working in a High-energy, Fast-moving Environment Where Priorities Can Shift Rapidly

Preferred Experience

• 
  

  Previous Experience As a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Chief of Staff Supporting a C-suite Leader or Business Owner



• 
  

  Experience in Automotive, Sales, or High-growth Business Environments Is a plus



• 
  

  Event Coordination, Travel Planning, or Special Project Experience Is Highly Valued
