Key Responsibilities

• Handle real estate and eminent domain litigation matters for energy industry clients
• Draft and review complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Manage multiple litigation projects with competing deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Develop innovative legal strategies for complex matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience
• Strong drafting skills with experience preparing litigation documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
