Ken Ganley Westside Imports is seeking an experienced service advisor to join our westside team. We are a VERY busy dealership group. Do you feel like you are stuck in a rut at your current dealership? Make the change and see how great a job really can be!

What we look for our in a Service Advisor:

• Ability to write repair orders daily including CP and Warranty booking.
• Great phone skills with ability to answer service department phones including appointment booking (X-Time experience a plus)
• Good skillset in handling customer conflicts and finding resolutions.
• Good selling and customer service skills
• Experience in the Automotive Dealership Service department.
• Good organizational and computer skills
• CDK/ADP including ERO and Electronic Multi-Point experience.
• Knowledge of current required Walk Around processes a plus

What you must have to be considered:

• 3 years of experience in the industry as a Service Advisor.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work some weekend and evening hours.
