Entry-Level Property Appraisal Assistant
Job Overview: Kickstart your career in property appraisal! No prior experience is required - we provide full training.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and confirm county property records using desktop tools, aerial imagery and performing in-field inspections.
- Visit properties to ensure records match what is observed in the field.
- Assist in determining property values and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for each property.
Collaborate with experienced appraisers and learn industry-standards practices.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Comfortable driving locally for field work.
- Eager to learn and grow in the real estate/property appraisal field.
- Must enjoy being outside and have the ability to embrace all weather elements.
