Administrator - Driver Recon

Balances delivery loads, verifies sales, deposits for the day, and sends all corresponding information to accounting and banking institutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconciles all driver’s invoices properly according to their terms of payment.

• Verify that all payments balance with the loads.

• Verify that the total credits / payments balance the total daily sales.

• Run all daily End of Day reporting.

• Scan checks for deposit and transmission to banking institution.

• Verify deposits into cash safes with end-of-day reporting.

• Maintain electronic copies of delivery invoices by load in OnBase system.

• Maintain and collect all overs and shortages for accounts and drivers from delivery loads.

• Run Misc. Debits and Credits report to verify for proper processing of pick-up requests.

• Run AGEING and / or DUELIST report and maintain collections.

• Maintain and collect and Accounts Receivable account and/or Chains assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must be Dependable and able to work well with others
• Ability to multi task and complete tasks on time;
• Maintain integrity of the job duties
• Organized, thorough and has attention to detail
• Skills in: accounting, general math, data entry, data analysis, and reporting results
• Strong Verbal Communication
• Experience working in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, VIP and 10 Key

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This position operates in a professional office environment and may include regular travel and on-site work in a warehouse environment.
• The expected hours of work are Monday through Friday during the Company’s regular business hours.
• Regular, consistent attendance is required.
• Dress code is business casual, closed-toe shoes recommended.
