IT Product Owner for Payroll, Time & Labor

Job Description

Own the payroll and time & labor product roadmap, ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable delivery across the enterprise.

Serve as the primary IT liaison for Payroll and Time & Labor stakeholders (finance, HR, business), translating business needs into prioritized solutions.

Lead platform enhancements, integrations, and operational support for UKG and TRESS.

12+ years of IT experience supporting payroll and workforce management systems (UKG strongly preferred).

Strong functional knowledge of payroll, time tracking, and labor compliance across multiple geographies.

Experience acting as a Product Owner in an agile or hybrid delivery model.

Proven ability to manage vendors, integrations, and production support for Tier-1 HR/payroll platforms.

Excellent stakeholder communication and backlog prioritization skills.
