Senior Commercial Contracts Counsel
LHH Legal Recruitment Solutions is working directly with a leading, growth-oriented organization seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its high-volume, business-facing legal team. The role will hold a high level of responsibility for drafting, reviewing, structuring and negotiating commercial transactions.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Six or more years (6+ years) of strong Firm or In House training in Contracts Law and Compliance
- Active State Bar Licensure, in good standing
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical, actionable legal advice
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities xrczosw
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior stakeholders
