Administrative Assistant – Entry Level
Location: Solon, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay: $35,000 – $40,000 annually
A growing manufacturing company in Solon is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter invoices, credits, and other data into company systems
Support customer orders and assist with order entry
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and basic reports
Review freight bills and assist with shipping paperwork
Help prepare certification documents for outgoing orders
Provide backup support for invoicing and accounts payable
Assist purchasing and management with administrative tasks
Support the team with various office duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience preferred (1–2 years helpful but not required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy office environment
Professional communication and phone skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus
