About the Practice

We are a growing women’s health–focused practice dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care through an integrative and evidence-based approach. Our services emphasize wellness, prevention, and individualized treatment, supporting women through all stages of life.

We are seeking a licensed physician to serve as an Overseeing / Supervising Physician to support clinical oversight, collaboration, and regulatory compliance as required by state law.

Role Overview

The Overseeing Physician will provide medical supervision and collaborative support for advanced practice providers, ensuring high-quality care, adherence to clinical standards, and alignment with applicable regulations. This role is primarily consultative and administrative, with no requirement for daily on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician oversight and collaboration in accordance with state regulatory requirements
• Review and approve clinical protocols, policies, and standing orders
• Be available for clinical consultation and case review as needed
• Participate in periodic chart reviews and quality assurance processes
• Support compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards
• Collaborate with the care team to enhance women’s health services and patient outcomes

• Hormonal health and balance
• Reproductive and sexual health
• Perimenopause and menopause care
• Preventive and wellness-focused care
• Integrative approaches to women’s health conditions

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted license in OHIO.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
• Experience or strong interest in women’s health
• Familiarity with collaborative or supervisory physician roles preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible schedule with minimal time commitment
• Compensation commensurate with experience and scope of oversight
• Contractual agreement with clearly defined responsibilities
