First Shift Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:15pm )

Operator is an entry level job focused on the Producing and Packaging of injection molded parts for our customers.

• Read and follow work orders and mold books
• Operate and maintain production of injection molded parts
• Retrieve, trim, and complete secondary finishing of parts Inspect parts for quality and perform minor tests as needed
• Separate, record, and dispose of defective parts
• Package products to customer specifications and label correctly
• Complete production tally sheets and log scrap/rejects
• Use scanners for packaging labels when required

First Shift Operator Qualifications:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to understand and follow written work instructions and mold books
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job training and work with experienced team members

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
