What this run looks like
- Regional lanes with steady weekly freight
- Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week
- 100% no-touch freight with frequent drop and hook
- Take the truck home with no slip seating
- Bi-weekly home time with 34–48 hour reset
Compensation
- $0.43–$0.58 CPM based on experience
- Typical weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500+
- Monthly performance incentives up to $0.08 CPM
- $300 paid orientation with travel and hotel covered
For new CDL-A graduates
- Paid 4–6 week mentor program
- Western regional and OTR routes during training
- Post-training earnings of $1,200–$1,500 per week
- Rider and pet policy available after solo upgrade

Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A and minimum age of 21
- New graduates must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers must have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience
- No DUI or major DOT preventable violations in the last 5 years
- Ability to pass urine and hair drug screening
