- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments
- Proactively build talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media
- Make outbound recruiting calls to engage passive and active candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within company systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent
- Manage multiple requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting phone interviews
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
- Experience with recruiting platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- You are quick on your feet and adaptable
- You enjoy talking with people and building connections
- You are persistent, competitive, and motivated by results
