Lead Painter
Role and Responsibilities
The primary goal of team is to deliver a great project, as sold to our clients. The crew has a close relationship with our clients throughout the experience, and should instill confidence and assurance in them during the project, while taking pride in their workmanship and aligning with our culture.
Responsibilities to achieve this are as follows, but not limited to:
- Good communication skills
- Maintain a clean, and productive job site
- Work well with others on and off-site
- Maintain a schedule, keeping dates as prescheduled
- Facilitate daily/weekly practices that will improve communications with clients
- Perform all skills required for the project
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must be able to perform most tasks required in the remodeling industry and be willing to learn when necessary.
Preferred Skills
To be considered for this position, the applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to be self-driven, able to perform high end prep and painting. Strong communication skills are a must.
