Front Desk Sales Support - Parma Office

Area Temps, Inc., a leading staffing agency serving Northeast Ohio for 39 years, is hiring a Front Desk Sales Support team member for our Parma office. This role supports our managers and sales team by assisting applicants, processing payroll, and ensuring a smooth front-office experience.
Position Details
On-site only
$14.50/hr + scheduling bonus
Monday -- Friday, 8:30 AM--5 PM
Direct hire
Responsibilities
Greet and check in applicants
Guide candidates through registration process
Enter payroll and print reports
Answer and route phone calls
Follow up with applicants to schedule interviews
Provide general office and sales support as needed
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
Comfortable with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and job boards
Experience in staffing industry, customer service, retail, reception, or banking is a plus.
