Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

What you'll do:

• Operate and upkeep late-model tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner).
• Secure flatbed freight, manage tarping and tie-downs, and ensure safe load transport.
• Conduct comprehensive pre/post-trip inspections and required equipment checks.
• Maintain accurate logs and coordinate with dispatch and customers to meet delivery and compliance standards.

Drivers earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and can enter a lease-to-own program within one year. Additional perks include pet and rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
