As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron May - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and State Farm products.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met and service standards are maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain appropriate insurance licenses in the state of Ohio.
