General Shop Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team, where you will be responsible for assembling already formed sheet metal and putting duct together in the shop. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

• Assemble already formed sheet metal and put duct together in the shop with assistance.
• Operate air hammers, hammers, drills, and screwdrivers.
• Set pumps, filters, and bolt frames.
• Read and interpret basic prints.

• Proficiency with hand tools, including air hammers, drills, hammers, and screwdrivers.
• Experience in welding and assembling steel equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to put duct together and work with settings, pumps, and filters.
• Ability to read basic prints.

• OSHA 10 certification is preferred but can be obtained post-offer.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• Steel-toed boots are required.

Work takes place in a shop setting in Carey, OH, with a schedule of 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday and optional full or half days on Fridays or Saturdays, totaling 40-48 hours per week. Safety gear, excluding a hard hat, will be provided, and steel-toed boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carey, OH.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
