Office Admin
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented front desk staff member(s).
This role includes providing customer service to all clients, in-take of tax forms for clients who walk in, check in clients for appointments, answering phones and making phone calls, handling office emails, processing credit card payments, & scanning/printing documents.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk or admin-type role is a plus.
Pay Rate $20-$22/hour.
We are open from 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 3pm.
Hours can be flexible - really looking for someone who can work mornings/afternoons Monday through Saturday - a mix of days is perfectly fine - does not need to be every day.
