**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for our day shift operations. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering activities at the plant site. You will provide technical support to the maintenance team and develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities for our equipment and practices. Your responsibilities will include supporting preventive maintenance programs and managing expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items. Additionally, you will train and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and reliable maintenance program at the lowest possible cost. The facility is climate-controlled and houses a team of 650 people. The maintenance team consists of 15 members, including 3 Supervisors and 4 leads.
