Telemetry RN Job Details – Cleveland, OH

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2250 - $2310
• Assignment Type: Locum tenens (travel nursing contract)
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44195
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry Unit
• Start Date: October 3, 2025
• End Date: January 2, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shifts: 3x12-hour rotating shifts per week (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights as needed)
• Total Hours: 36 hours per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience as a Telemetry RN in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience (travel nursing experience accepted)
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license required at time of application
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (all must be active)
• One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty required
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Ability to work at least every other holiday during the contract

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in orientation, clinical assessments, and ongoing nursing training
• Float to similar nursing units as needed to support hospital operations
