Role:

We are looking for part-time & full-time team members to join our Kitchen Team and Front of House Team!

• Full-time:

$14-$16 per hour

Averages 30-40 hours per week

Must have availability 5 am-5 pm OR 2 pm-11 pm

Must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays

• Part-time:

$11-$14 per hour

Averages 15-30 hours per week

Must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be a champion of our vision to be Maumee's most caring business.
• Maintain excellence in character and conduct
• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close
• Front of House:
• Loves to connect with others. Directly serves guests by taking and fulfilling orders.
• Takes orders using iPads in the drive-thru
• Meal fulfillment. Delivers guest's orders to their cars.
• Tenders out guest transactions and gives back appropriate change
• Kitchen:
• Champion food safety and food quality always serving guests to the brand's high standard.
• Cooks and assembles food for guests
• Using cooking equipment and utensils to serve product
• Cleaning all equipment, dishes, and utensils
• Taking trash out of the restaurant and putting it in an outside dumpster

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the hire date
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must work well under pressure
• Work could entail working in noisy, hot, fast-paced environments as well as outside
• Must be flexible
