BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Delaware, Ohio. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician who takes pride in maintaining apartments and providing excellent service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform unit turns/make‑readies for new move‑ins
- General maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and light HVAC
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Identify and report larger repair issues as needed
- Ensure property is safe, clean, and well‑maintained
Requirements:
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to perform physical labor
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch)
- Location: Delaware, OH 43015
