Location: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year (based on performance and qualifications)

About the Role

All-Side Roofing & Restoration is seeking a dependable, organized, and people-first Site Supervisor to oversee roofing and exterior installation projects. This is a hands-on field role for someone who can manage job site operations, coordinate crews and materials, and ensure each project delivers a 5-star homeowner experience.

You’ll be the primary point of contact on installation day — leading the job site, supporting our crews, and representing the professionalism and quality we’re known for.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee roofing project activity at residential job sites

• Pick up materials in the morning and deliver to job sites as needed

• Greet homeowners and explain the day’s process and timeline

• Ensure proper photo and video documentation, including drone footage

• Keep sites safe, clean, and organized — conduct final walkthrough

• Place marketing signs and door hangers in surrounding areas

• Return unused materials and document inventory updates

• Upload all media and site notes to the internal project system

• Maintain clear communication with crews, office, and clients

What We're Looking For

• Clean driving record (required)

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Comfortable with light site tasks (magnet sweep, minor debris cleanup)

• Friendly and confident communicator — customer-first mindset

• Basic familiarity with construction sites (no experience required)

• Willingness to use drone for media (training provided)

• Age 25+ preferred (for insurance purposes)
